양평 두물머리 느티나무/20170101

 

  능내리를 둘러보고 두물머리에 가니 새해 첫날이라서인지 신양수대교 아래의 세미원 쪽 주차장이 만원이다. 반대편 주차장도 많은 차들로 붐비는데 이런 모습은 처음이 아닐까 생각되었다. 서쪽 끝에 주차하고 뚝길을 따라서 느티나무 쪽으로 가며보니 둔치의 철새도래지로 나가는 모든 탐방로에는 AI조류독감으로 출입을 통제한다는 현수막이 붙어 있다. 제방길도 방역차량이 소독약을 뿌리며 지나간다. 구름 때문인지 미세먼지 때문인지 해는 거의 보이지 않고 어두침침한 기운이 돈다. AI 조류독감으로 전국적으로 공식적인 해맞이 행사의 상당 부분이 취소되었다고는 하지만 풍등의 잔재들이 나무에도 걸려있고 팔당호에도 떨어져 있다. 생각보다 많은 탐방객들로 붐빈다.
