서울 수명산/20170706

 

  평년보다 늦게 장마가 시작되어 서울지방은 2일과 3일 160mm의 장마 비가 내렸다. 4일 31.6도에 이어 5일(어제)은 32.6도의 무더운 장마철 날씨이다. 장마철을 잊고 지냈는데 장마철 한가운데 들어와 있는 것이 실감난다. 아마도 수명산에 있는 모감주나무 꽃이 노랗게 피었겠다는 생각이 들어서 낮에 나가면 더울 것 같아서 이른 아침에 다녀왔다. 운동 삼아서 매일 다녀야 하는데 게을러서인지 그게 잘 되지 않는다.

  수명산에서 가장 먼저 꽃이 피는 모감주나무(왼쪽)는 벌써 열매가 맺혔다. 넓게 분포되어 있는 것도 아닌데 나무가 위치한 자연적인 조건 때문인지, 나무 각각의 특성인지 모르겠지만 꽃이 피는 순서는 항상 일정하다. 불과 몇m 사이에 있는 세 그루조차 항상 꽃이 피는 순서가 같다.
